General Terms & Introduction

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between the Carong platform and its users. By creating an account, logging in, or using any of Carong's services, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms in full.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Betting Terms & Conditions

Before placing any bet on Carong, make sure you fully understand the rules of the relevant sport or game. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled, so please review carefully before submitting.

• Bets cannot be cancelled or changed once confirmed.
• In the event a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with Carong's rules.
• Odds are subject to change. The odds at the time the bet is placed will apply.
• Carong reserves the right to void any bets placed at erroneous odds resulting from a technical error.
• Carong is not liable for bets not accepted due to network delays during live betting.
• Bets will not be voided due to player injuries or team changes.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

Account Suspension & Closure

• Evidence of suspicious betting patterns or fraudulent activity.
• Extended periods of inactivity (generally 12 months).

If a valid balance exists prior to account closure and there is no breach of terms, the balance will be refunded subject to KYC verification.

Dispute Resolution
